Med spa marketing works best when it combines high-intent search, proof of expertise and a reason to come back. Here are fifteen ideas we use with medical spas and aesthetic clinics in the US and India.
Get found
- Build one page per treatment. Neurotoxins, fillers, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring. Cover who it suits, downtime, sessions needed and a price range.
- Optimise your Google Business Profile. Choose “Medical spa” as the primary category where it fits, list every treatment as a service and post weekly.
- Bid on treatment plus location searches. “Botox near me” and “lip filler [city]” are your highest-intent Google Ads keywords.
- Create provider pages. Injector and medical director bios with credentials, training and real photos.
- Answer questions directly. “How long does Botox last?” and “Is laser hair removal permanent?” pages earn search and AI-answer visibility.
Convert
- Lead with a consultation offer, not a deep discount. It attracts clients who value results.
- Make booking instant. Online booking, click-to-call and SMS on every treatment page.
- Follow up within five minutes. Speed to lead is one of the strongest predictors of conversion.
- Show results responsibly. Before-and-after galleries on your own site with written consent and realistic context. Keep them out of Meta ads.
- Publish transparent pricing ranges. Clients who know what to expect are more likely to book.
Retain
- Launch a membership. A monthly membership with included treatments and member pricing smooths revenue.
- Time rebooking reminders to the treatment cycle, for example around three to four months for neurotoxins.
- Ask for reviews after the result is visible, not on the day of treatment.
- Run seasonal campaigns for wedding season, summer and the holidays.
- Build a referral program within the rules for your state or country.
