Work out what a wellness client is worth over time and how much you can afford to spend to win one, in rupees or dollars.
Your numbers
Example figures are filled in. Replace them with yours.
Lifetime revenue = spend per visit × visits per year × years. Gross profit = revenue × margin. The 3:1 rule is a common guide: lifetime gross profit should be at least three times the cost of winning the client.
Questions
What is a good LTV to CAC ratio for a wellness business?
Many businesses aim for at least 3:1, meaning each client returns three times what it cost to win them in gross profit. Below 1:1 you lose money on every new client.
How do I raise client lifetime value?
Increase rebooking with reminders timed to the treatment cycle, offer memberships or packages, and follow up with clients who have not returned.
Where do I find my cost per new client?
Divide your marketing spend for a month by the number of new clients who booked in that month. Count ad spend, agency fees and tools.
