Questions
When is the best time to ask for a review?
When the client is most likely to be happy: just after a relaxing treatment, after a first milestone at a gym, or once results are visible after a course of treatment.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Incentivised reviews break Google's policies and, in the US, can breach the FTC's rule on reviews. Ask everyone the same way, with no conditions.
Is WhatsApp allowed for review requests in India?
Yes, with the client's opt-in, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, and with an easy way to opt out.
